I specialize in grief and loss for individuals in their 20s and 30s. Grief is not linear and something we simply "get over." This desire to prematurely find closure can lead us astray.Our work together will allow you to find meaning in life after loss, while navigating the unique pressures of dating, establishing a career, and maintaining a social life.
I blend therapeutic approaches to best fit your need and work from a psycho-therapeutic approach including a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed lens. I am an LGBTQI affirming, anti-racist/anti-oppressive, body positive therapist.
